Integrated management system policy of the company
In an effort to become a significant supplier of springs to the automotive industry with minimal impact of its activities on the environment, top management has defined the following integrated management system policy:
1.Quality policy
a) Ensure customer and other stakeholder satisfaction by continuously improving the IMS and its processes in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001, and ISO/TS 16949, while adhering to business ethics, legal, and safety regulations.
c) Expand the technical and technological capabilities of the company by purchasing the latest CNC technology, reducing business risks to produce highly technically demanding springs for the machinery, automotive, and electrical industries.
e) Monitor trends in the development and production of springs in order to establish cooperation with significant spring manufacturers.
g) Regularly review the declared integrated management system policy with regard to its ongoing suitability and continuous improvement.
b) Devote systematic attention to contractual suppliers to establish a lasting quality of input suppliers, as they are the primary prerequisite for the quality of the produced product.
d) Increase productivity, quality, competitiveness, and work organization, improve the manufacturing process by utilizing our own know-how, in order to increase our market share in Slovakia and the Czech Republic and to establish a presence in the markets of European Union countries.
f) Continuously motivate, educate, and inform employees to enhance their professional, technical, and organizational skills while ensuring their safety and health.

a) When managing processes defined within the quality management system, comply with relevant legal requirements and other commitments the company has undertaken related to environmental aspects.
