Connecting spirals for gabions

  • Spirals are used to connect gabion panels and nets.
  • Material – hard BEZINAL/CRAPAL, wire diameter 4mm, zinc coating min. 275 g/m², strength 450-550 MPa.
  • Standard lengths manufactured: 600, 1100, 1600, 2100 mm.
  • Inner diameter of the spiral: 17 or 21 mm.
  • Standard pitch: 100 mm (other pitches, e.g., 25, 50, 75 mm, can be produced upon request).

If interested, we can also produce spirals in other lengths according to the specific requirements of the customer.

Spirals with a pitch of 100 mm.

  • spiral with a wire diameter of 4 mm, inner diameter of 17 mm, pitch of 100 mm.
  • spiral with a wire diameter of 4 mm, inner diameter of 21 mm, pitch of 100 mm.
  • material: Bezinal / Crapal, strength 450 – 550 MPa, 95% Zn, 5% Al, minimum coating of 275 g/m².

Spirals with a pitch of 25 mm.

  • spiral with a wire diameter of 3 mm, inner diameter of 24 mm or 30 mm, pitch of 25 mm.
  • spiral with a wire diameter of 4 mm, inner diameter of 21 mm, pitch of 100 mm.
  • material: bezinal / crapal, strength 450 – 550 MPa, 95% Zn, 5% Al, minimum coating of 275 g/m².
